I guess, that the police in Germany wave back, when you wave to them. I always wave to them, and get the waving back. But I thing that they are asthonished, therefore Riders don't wave often to them. You can see very good that they are police (tey are green). And so many Riders don't wave.
Police say's that the pipes too loud and so on. But thats for me no thing not to wave to them
